Pelikan Pens

The revived regard of fountain pens in everyday use across the last number of years has been mirrored by an increase in the amount of collectors. These collectors of vintage pens differ from most other collectors in that lots of them like to use their collection, at least sometimes. A top quality fountain pen can literally last a lifetime if it's well looked after.

Recently I borrowed a Pelikan ballpoint from a mate of mine and felt I was in the company of something special. Recently on eBay I found a merchant offering a Pelikan Souveran M320. The good news is I secured it for a great price. The auction guaranteed that it was as good as new and wow was he truthful. It was in new in the box condition, with inner and outside boxes and all the papers. What a great pen and one and all is asking me where they can buy one. The most important fact for me is that it is a wonderful writing instrument. It glides across paper like no other writing instrument I’ve ever used. I congratulate the Pelikan designers, this truly is a masterpiece.

It's very important to select a nib with the most suitable flow to fit individual writing habits. There are assorted point breadths that create correspondingly variable handwriting, dependant upon the pressing that is exerted on them.
