The Pelikan Epoch fountain pen is a delightful combination of todays modern styles with classic craftsmanship. This mixture of tradition and modern style has created a writing instrument featuring a wide barrel, which gives a very comfortable writing style. The Pelikan Epoch fountain pen has a steel nib, plated in either palladium or gold for a smooth ink flow. Unlike most fountain pens, instead of unscrewing the top section, the Epoch opens at the bottom of the barrel and features an innovative refill system for two standard ink cartridges or one large ink cartridge.
